Disco System release and Expo RFL items

So have you ever been disappointed that with all those disco balls floating around, you never get the actual lighting effect moving on the walls of the club around you? Well, we've changed all that!

With the Smooth Disco Room Lighting System your whole environment will be lit up. It creates an amazing party space, and the control system offers numerous options on tailoring the effect to your specific desires. You can easily switch colors, control the speed and rotation, toggle the spotlights, light beams, wall effect, and sparkle particles. The system also has configurable access settings, allowing it to be used by owner only, group, or public as desired. Furthermore, any purchase includes lifetime updates to the product as new features and improvements are added.

This magical fish is also a moon! It comes in two versions, one for rezzing horizontal in a pool of water and another for vertical as if floating in the sky. Both come with fun poses as well as animated fins and tail, a large slowly rotating milky way halo, and occasional bubbles and stars emitted from the mouth. All original mesh creation by Further Monday.

The second RFL item is a set of roaming dust devils, with optional sound and range controls. Perfect for adding some atmosphere to the ranch or wasteland near you! ;)

I'm not even sure what to say about this first offering, other than it's a very lovely jewellry set with a very definite twist.... I think I'll have to let the image speak for itself really.

.... and then ..... it's a belt, but it's an asteroid belt, but it's an asteroid field, but it's a belt. Also, unisex! The rocks all tumble around at different rates and there's a really nifty starry particle effect and you just gotta see this one animate, trust me.

Pose Fair - New Releases from Weather! or not?

More mad fun from Weather! or not? for the Pose Fair opening on April 15th! Check us out on the North sim, where you'll discover these new releases and lots more interactive furniture, architecture, and accessories.

Weather! or not? new releases and events for the start of April.

The third Crazy Hair Hunt is on, and I'm very pleased to report that this time Weather! or not? is adding to the insanity with a fully rigged mesh Octopus that sits on top of your noggin! The free version of this 'hair' is in Seagreeen throughout the month. You won't find this mesh creation anywhere else, it's a completely original build by Further Monday.

Released an the same time are color packs of the Octohairs, in multicolors, brights, full metallic, and metallic with white tentacles.

... and last but certainly not least, we've released an exclusive for Zombie Popcorn Brand along the same theme, this one is a necklace version called the Octochoker. Again, the Seagreen color is limited edition so grab it before it's gone! The hair and the choker include both shiny and matte versions for each color, so you can choose which look you prefer.

Also opening on the 6th is the Wear Gray Market, an event to support the American Brain Tumor Association. As it turns out, my family has directly experienced this disease, and I lost my father because of it when I was a teenager, so it's a cause close to my heart.  I've made two items 100% donation, one of them a White Jester Hat gatcha with purple as the rare color, and the other a Gray and Black version of the very popular Jester Chair, both mesh builds.

Cloud Lamps, Skelebrellas, and Jester Hats

Time for some more recent releases from Weather! or not?... we've got three to tell you about on this round, and lot's more coming soon! Plus there's a hunt item as well for Twisted.

At our Main Store you'll find the Little Fluffy Cloud Lamp, latest in a series of cloud based releases. This one has a full effect and light menu so you can customize your lamp to suit your whims, including switching on the sun or the rain to match your mood. 180$L

For those of you who love hunts, it's that time again for the toughest hunt in SL - Twisted! Our Arcane-themed prize is the fantastical Genie Effect, which will instantly make your avatar (more) magical. Free in this color throughout the month, after which a full effect and color control version will be released.

For this month's Flux theme of taxidermia, we've created the Bejeweled Skelebrella, complete with rubies in the palms of the boney hands and skull eye sockets. Comes in two versions for use with or without an umbrella AO that you may have already. 150$L

Last but not least there are some rather festive  hats to be had at the Starlust Gatcha Festival! Five different colors of Suede Jester Hats, all original mesh design by Weather! or not? and complete with little bells that actually jingle.

Okay Weatherites, hang on to your rain bonnets because I've got all sorts of things to tell you about!  From pixies, to sinners, to hunts, to zombies, there's a lot goin' on.

First up, let's talk some evil shall we? That's right, the Festival of Sin is opening on the 18th, and all seven sins are out to play. Our shop is located in Gluttony, and in typical Weather! or not? fashion we've gone with something a little wacky but a lot fun! Check out our new themed release for 225$L:

Second we have a special hunt item (that's very easy to find) for the Royal Living Magazine Fall in Love with Prims Hunt. All items in this event are only 45L$ for the duration, and Further's created a great interactive hay bale that's perfect for outdoor decorating and socializing!

Also out now is the rather insane-in-a-wonderful-way Chimneyknot. That's right, I took a chimney and tied it in a knot, then added a dash of spiraling smoke to top it off. A very whimsical build you can use to replace your own chimney or just rez coming out of the ground and let your neighbors wonder what's living under the sim. :) This is a special release for the second wave of the ZombiePopcorn merchants in February and selling for 180$L..

But we're not done yet! Nope, Further's gone Petite Mesh Avatar mad this week, and made several releases resized, reposed, and adjusted just for use with these tiny lovely faery folk. You can find Jester Chairs, Daisybrellas, and Cloud Couches all for little people in our main location.

... and if you happened to miss them before, all of those are also available for normal sized avatars.

Come check out the new monthly themed event called FLUX! This month is Mardi Gras, and I've made a New Orleans style long format cottage, know as shotgun-style. It's a mesh construction with a great deal of detailing including 3D moldings and skirting boards. It has both a front and back porch and fireplace. The texturing features a lovely interplay of whites and blues. It has a very reasonable land impact of 53 for the amount of detail in the architecture, and is selling for 1000 $L.

 A bit outlandish, a bit ridiculous, yet also so appealing in it's lush suede tones... it's the Weather! or not? Jester Chair! So you're friends might think you're a little eccentric, we all know the joke's on them, don't we?

Comes with nine different animated sit poses, as well as several options for bells including silver, brass, or without. In addition, you can rez a version of the chair that has some gentle jingling sounds hiding in the bells when they are clicked. If you prefer, there are also versions in the box with no sound in them as well. 225$L for an exclusive mesh design by Further Monday.

Rainbow Lanterns, Barbed Wire Fences, The Precarious Pier, and The Big Barn Shop!

Weather! or not? has been very busy this week, we've got several great new products being released. Let's start out with something to brighten your day, these gorgeous lantern strings in rainbow colors. Our lanterns are very popular, and with good reason! They are both very efficient in terms of prims and have a great three dimensional design. I thought it was time to make some muilt-color packs, so this is the first of that series to be released... more will be coming!

Next we have some barbed wire fences for your landscaping needs... they come in both sculpted and texture panel versions, and new and aged versions, totaling four different sets to choose from (two pictured). Not only do you get an easily configurable set of fence pieces, but each one comes with a scripted gate that includes an animated pose, so you can perch on top!

The Precarious Pier is another new addition, and you and your friends will have loads of fun with it. It feautures 10 different animations and poses, and can seat up to 6 avatars at a time! It comes in three different colorings - grey, medium, and dark wood, and can even be used as a partial off-sim if you like.

Finally this week we are releasing the Big Barn Shop, a large two-story extremely rustic building with loads of character. It includes custom shading, loads of sculpted detailing, creaking doors, and a U-shaped design that fits a 32 x 50m space. Unlike many other builds, this shop is chock full of three dimensional details, not relying on alpha textures, but instead using sculpted pieces.

The Old School Desk

So I was in the shop the other day, and the customer walking through was looking for an old school desk for a punk rock high school party. I didn't have such a thing, yet, but I been thinking about making something like that for a long time. She gave me the final push to get on with it, and a week later, I present to you…

The Old School Desk, bad apple edition, is scratched, worn, bent, and graffitied! This desk has seen the trial of years of abuse by misbegotten youth. Now you can be your own rebel without a cause... The desk comes with six different poses, all the way from lounging with your feet up, to sprawling on the desktop, to hiding under the chair. The whole scene is ten land impact, one for the optional shadow map, five for the chair with poses, and four for the desk. It also comes with the purely decorative chair with a land impact of three.

The desk features detailed, original texture work and original mesh sculpting. I think you'll be impressed with the quality. This is our first mesh release of many more to come... stay tuned!

The Rounded Wooden Stage is a simple but striking design, perfect for parties and events, and equally great outdoors as in! The build features original sculpts, optional shadow, and two platforms for staging. Two staircases offer multiple access points. All components are mod copy so you can tailor it how you like.

Further back to tell you about some new offerings from Weather! or not?... first of all a bit of silliness that will make you the life, or possibly the death, of the party. ;)

Yes, that's right... you just wear this wall anywhere you want and instantly everyone will know you are the shy one. Seriously, this never fails to amuse at a party when you whip your own wall and flower out to hide behind. Funny, suddenly everyone is lookin' at ya rather than away! This version is only available at the Albero Gatcha Fest - hurry up and grab it!
